Omar Seghrouchni, pr\u00e9sident de la CNDP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de la CNDP, cet accord vise \u00e0 consolider la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux autorit\u00e9s, notamment \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019informations et d\u2019expertises, en particulier dans les domaines soulevant de nouveaux d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel, tels que l\u2019intelligence artificielle, le traitement d\u2019images et la violence num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La coop\u00e9ration porte \u00e9galement sur des projets \u00e9ducatifs et des programmes de formation, ainsi que sur le partage des meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le et de mise en \u0153uvre du cadre juridique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce partenariat strat\u00e9gique pr\u00e9voit, en outre, l\u2019organisation de r\u00e9unions bilat\u00e9rales annuelles afin de renforcer les \u00e9changes, partager les exp\u00e9riences et approfondir la r\u00e9flexion autour de la protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 tirer parti des relations privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es qu\u2019entretiennent les deux institutions avec les r\u00e9seaux internationaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, notamment le R\u00e9seau ib\u00e9ro-am\u00e9ricain de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles (RIPD) et le R\u00e9seau lusophone de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles (RLPD) pour la partie portugaise, ainsi que l\u2019Association francophone des autorit\u00e9s de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles (AFAPDP) et le R\u00e9seau africain des autorit\u00e9s de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles (RAPDP) pour la partie marocaine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dpress La Commission nationale de contr\u00f4le de la protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel (CNDP) a conclu, mercredi \u00e0 Lisbonne, un m\u00e9morandum d\u2019entente avec la Commission nationale de protection des donn\u00e9es du Portugal (CNPD), visant \u00e0 renforcer le partenariat entre les deux institutions dans les domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commun.
